Brand Support Representative

Oakbury Watches is a growing luxury watch business specialising in premium timepieces and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a proactive, professional, and driven individual to support our local marketing activity and strengthen the Oakbury brand presence within the community.

This is not a standard leaflet distribution role. We are seeking someone who can confidently approach businesses, support local brand placement opportunities, and help expand Oakbury’s presence across targeted areas.

You will work closely with Oakbury’s marketing representative and wider management team to support local marketing initiatives, maintain existing placements, and identify new opportunities for brand exposure.

This role would particularly suit someone with a genuine interest in luxury watches, horology, branding, or marketing who is looking to build a long\-term career within the watch industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach suitable local businesses to place Oakbury marketing materials


• Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and staff


• Support and maintain marketing placements within targeted locations


• Distribute flyers and branded marketing collateral in key areas


• Identify smaller local opportunities to improve Oakbury’s brand visibility


• Provide weekly feedback on activity, placements, and opportunities


• Represent the Oakbury brand in a professional and polished manner


• Travel to different areas when required to support marketing activity

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle


• Confident approaching businesses and speaking with decision\-makers


• Professional appearance and strong communication skills


• Self\-motivated and able to work independently


• Organised and reliable with good time management


• Flexible and willing to travel when required


• Enthusiastic, personable, and comfortable representing a premium brand


• Interest in luxury products or watches is advantageous
