Field Care Supervisor
Are you passionate about high\-quality care and staff development? InnovCare Limited is looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor who is local to Hull and East Riding region to support and monitor care delivery across our domiciliary care services.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and person\-centred care is consistently delivered to service users within their own homes.
Main Duties
- Conducting spot checks, competency assessments, and service reviews
- Supervising and supporting care staff in the community
- Monitoring care quality and compliance standards
- Supporting care plan reviews and risk assessments
- Investigating incidents and reporting concerns appropriately
- Assisting with staff training, mentoring, and development
- Experience in domiciliary or community care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and CQC standards
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Full UK driving licence preferred
