• Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions


• An understanding of person\-centred care \& support provision


• Excellent communication \&strong teamwork skills


• Experience in a supervising \& coordinating staff


• IT literacy


• Patience, compassion \& a positive attitude


• A responsible, dedicated \& flexible approach to your work


• The ability to prioritise \& multitask


• A driving licence \& access to a vehicle

Responsibilities
--------------------

• Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff


• Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments


• Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments


• Investigating and resolving complaints or concerns


• Providing hands\-on care support when needed


• Mentoring and coaching care staff


• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards


• Attending safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews


• Maintaining detailed supervision records

Requirements
----------------

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to have difficult conversations professionally


• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle


• Flexible approach to working hours
