Field Care Supervisor

Join us as a Field Care Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining the quality of our care services. You'll spend your days out in the field, supporting our care team, conducting spot checks, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding care.

This role combines hands\-on care work with supervisory responsibilities, ideal for an experienced carer ready to take the next step.

Responsibilities

• Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff


• Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments


• Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments


• Investigating and resolving complaints or concerns


• Providing hands\-on care support when needed


• Mentoring and coaching care staff


• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards


• Attending safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews


• Maintaining detailed supervision records

• Minimum 2 years experience as a senior carer or team leader


• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to have difficult conversations professionally


• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle


• Flexible approach to working hours
