Job Description
- Support of product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations together with customers
- Support the company's regional organization and customer engagements (will require global travel)
- Contribute to RTA software product trainings
- Provide second level of support (first via RTA hotline)
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of RTA Starter Kits
- Participate to events, publishing white papers, documentation and video on most common used cases for RTA products
- Support the product development team on the elicitation of customer requirements
- Provide consulting at customers
- Support, coach and mentor FAE team members
- Master degree (or PhD) in an engineering discipline (e.g. computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics)
- Must be willing to travel to support the needs business units
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Must have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable in front of customers
- 5 years\+ experience in area of embedded software
- Strong business analytical skills
- Experience of AUTOSAR would be a very strong advantage
- Experience in requirements engineering
