Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and highly organized FF\&E Interior Designer to join our studio. The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of FF\&E packages across high\-end residential, hospitality, and Alpine projects.
This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent sourcing, specification and organizational skills. You will work closely with designers, suppliers, purchasing, logistics, and installation teams to develop schemes from concept through to completion.
The position suits someone confident managing assigned FF\&E packages independently while collaborating within an experienced, design\-led team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support FF\&E concepts, fabric boards and client presentation materials with project lead designers.
- Source and specify full turnkey FF\&E packages that are coordinated with the wider interior concept.
- Prepare and maintain FF\&E schedules, bespoke worksheets and product documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, artisans, and showrooms to obtain samples, technical details, lead times, and availability.
- Assist with bespoke furniture design, upholstery details, custom finishes, and product development.
- Attend supplier meetings, showroom visits, site visits, installations, and project reviews as required.
- Support final styling and dressing of completed projects as required.
- Maintain organized and up\-to\-date FF\&E resources.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior design with strong FF\&E exposure.
- Experience within high\-end residential, hospitality, boutique commercial, or luxury interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, fabrics, lighting, finishes, and decorative detailing.
- Confident preparing FF\&E schedules, specifications, and presentation documents.
- Experience working with bespoke furniture, custom pieces, upholstery, and supplier coordination.
- Strong sourcing experience across UK and international suppliers.
- Excellent eye for color, texture, proportion, materiality, and detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Practical understanding of budgets, procurement, lead times, delivery, and installation processes.
- Calm, proactive, solutions\-focused, and collaborative approach.
- Confidence to work individually within a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel for schedules, budgets, and tracking documentation.
- Creative, organized, and detail\-focused.
- Passionate about luxury interiors, craftsmanship, furniture, and materials.

- Comfortable working within a fast\-paced, design\-led studio environment.
