FEM Engineer

Segula Technologies is looking for one Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team and support an important Client. The candidate will performe the following activities:

• preparation of FEM model


• execution of computational modal and forced dynamic response analysis


• processing and understanding of analysis results


• work with customers and propose design changes to improve the structural and dynamic behavior of mechanical


• systems for Engines, Transmissions, E\-Axle, etc., based on analysis results


• final report preparation


• work with System Integration Engineer to define timing and deliverables for each assigned project


• knowledgeable in the computational analysis activity he is working on, fully accountable when dealing with both


• internal and external interfaces


• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Physics (PhD preferred)


• Strong knowledge of structural dynamics physics based on analysis (at least 3 years working experience preferred)


• FEM analysis tools (Abaqus, HyperWorks Suite, including Optistruct solver, Beta ANSA pre\-processor)


• Knowledge of optimization and automation tools


• Fluent English both spoken and written
