• Oversee food production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with health regulations


• Manage inventory levels for ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and control costs


• Ensure all staff adhere to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation times and enhance overall service efficiency


• Support bartenders and serving staff during busy periods, ensuring excellent hospitality experiences for all guests

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in fast food or restaurant environments with strong team management skills


• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards


• Experience in hospitality roles such as bartending, serving, or barista work is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work culture


• Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary processes, and food production methods


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and compliance procedures


• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory
