Job Overview
We are can independent British brand, seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Sales Manager to lead our sales. We make headwear and workwear clothing (currently menswear only). This role is a hands\-on sales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets through effective management and coaching.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the fashion sector, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage relationships with key clients and B2B partners, fostering long\-term collaborations.
- Utilise CRM tools to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate insights for strategic decision\-making.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Organise regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products effectively.
- Proven management experience within a fashion or retail environment, with strong leadership qualities.
- Extensive B2B sales experience, demonstrating success in building business partnerships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analysing data.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop a high\-performing sales team.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
