Hours: 5 hours per week (Highly flexible scheduling)

Salary: €14\.15 per hour (\+ 8% holiday pay) \+ 10% commission on all successful retail accounts secured.

​As we scale, we are launching a targeted wholesale strategy to place our pieces into premium, independent luxury retail boutiques across Ireland and Europe. *We are seeking a sharp, stylish, and self\-motivated assistant to act as the commercial engine behind this launch.*

The Role \& Future Opportunity

​This is a micro\-part\-time, remote\-first role (5 hours per week) designed for an ambitious fashion/marketing student, recent graduate, or freelance professional who wants to build an incredible portfolio.

We are explicitly looking for a long\-term partner to grow with the brand. To ensure a perfect mutual fit, the role will begin with an initial 4\-week trial period. Upon successful completion, this position is intended to transition into a permanent, long\-term role as our retail network expands.

​You will work directly with the Brand Founder to manage B2B outreach and elevate our brand presence. This role is a perfect blend of digital research, creative luxury marketing, and real\-world commercial pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Market Research: Identify, vet, and map out high\-end independent boutiques across Ireland that cater to premium occasion wear and luxury evening wear clientele.

B2B Sales Outreach: Build and manage structured Excel/Google Sheet lead trackers, drafting and executing sophisticated pitch emails to retail buyers.

In\-Person Boutique Pitching: Visit target luxury boutiques—either alongside the Brand Founder or independently—to present the collection, display the garment architecture, and secure wholesale accounts.

Brand \& Content Alignment: Collaborate on creative ideas for our social media channels to ensure our digital presence looks pristine, high\-end, and highly attractive to boutique owners.

Studio Alignment (Occasional): Avail of flexible, periodic visits to our Carlow studio to review new garment architecture, understand the craftsmanship, and capture authentic behind\-the\-scenes content.

Requirements:

​A profound understanding of, and passion for, the luxury fashion industry (evening wear, premium tailoring, and high\-end design).

​Confident, professional communication skills with the ability to pitch to retail buyers face\-to\-face and via email.

​High organizational discipline—you must be comfortable managing spreadsheets and tracking leads accurately.

​Familiarity with digital content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, social media editing) is a strong advantage.

​Based in or within reasonable commuting distance of Co. Carlow for occasional studio alignment and regional boutique visits.
