Fashion Account Co-ordinator – Apparel / Client Services Location: West London (Hammersmith)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + benefits + progression
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading London-based apparel and uniform design business that works with high-profile international clients across the corporate, hospitality, aviation, retail and events sectors.
This is a great opportunity for a Fashion graduate or someone with a strong academic background in fashion, apparel or textiles, who has at least six months' experience in administration, coordination, client services, customer service or a similar role.
Working closely with the Account Manager, you will provide day-to-day support across client communication, order processing, stock coordination and general account administration. You will also liaise with suppliers and internal teams to help ensure orders and projects are delivered accurately and on time.
The role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with clients, with good Excel skills and a genuine interest in developing a career within the fashion and apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities • Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day client account administration
- Managing orders, spreadsheets and reporting
- Coordinating garment production, embroidery and customisation requirements
- Communicating with clients by email and telephone
- Tracking orders, deliveries and shipment timelines
- Monitoring project deadlines and critical paths
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate internal systems and records
- Providing general administrative and operational support
- Minimum 1 years experience in administration, coordination, client services, customer service or operations, ideally within the fashion, apparel, textiles or a related industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional, proactive and reliable approach
- Comfortable communicating with clients and working as part of a team
- Genuine interest in developing a career within the fashion and apparel industry
- Experience within a fashion, clothing, uniform or garment business
- Exposure to stock management or order processing
- Experience working with suppliers or manufacturers
- Experience within luxury retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment
- Knowledge or interest in garment production, embroidery or customisation
