Full time, day time hours and includes one day at the weekend.
As Shop Supervisor, you'll be the Shop Manager's right\-hand person, helping lead one of the busiest parts of the business. You'll support the day\-to\-day running of the shop and take the lead when they're off, keeping the team focused, the shelves full and customers happy.
This isn't a quiet little farm shop job. Our shop is fast\-paced, physical and often full\-on. You'll be juggling deliveries, replenishment, customer queries and team priorities, sometimes all at the same time.
We're looking for someone who thrives on being busy, uses their initiative, and enjoys creating a great experience for customers. If you love retail, enjoy working with great people and like a challenge, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Lead and Support
Team \& Customer Experience
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service and support the team to do the same
- Lead the Shop Assistant team on shift, setting priorities and maintaining standards
- Create a positive, supportive environment where people can perform at their best
- Ensure the shop is stocked, presented and ready for trade throughout the day
- Coordinate deliveries, stock movement and replenishment activities with the help of the team
- Monitor product quality, availability and stock rotation
- Support smooth opening and closing routines
- Maintain food safety, HACCP and health \& safety standards on shift
- Ensure accurate labelling, allergen and traceability procedures are followed
- Support stock control and waste reduction
- Report and follow up maintenance or equipment issues
- Champion key products, seasonal ranges and promotions
- Support strong availability of bestselling lines
- Share customer feedback, trends and product opportunities with the Shop Manager
- Help identify ways to improve sales, efficiency and the customer experience
