An established specialist family law practice is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3+ PQE) to join its growing team in Royal Wootton Bassett.

This is a newly created position due to continued growth and increasing client demand. The firm has been established for over 10 years and specialises exclusively in Private Family Law, providing high-quality advice to individuals across Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. The practice has recently expanded with a second office in Cirencester and is seeking an experienced fee earner who can help support the busy Royal Wootton Bassett office while contributing to the firm's continued growth.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of private family matters including:

• Divorce and separation


• Financial remedy matters


• Private children disputes


• Injunction and domestic abuse applications


• General private family law advice and representation

The successful candidate will join a close-knit and supportive team with the autonomy to run their own caseload while benefiting from a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive


• Minimum 3 years' PQE preferred, although more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply


• Strong background in Private Family Law


• Ability to independently manage a caseload


• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills


• Advocacy or litigation rights beneficial


• Experience with divorce, finances and children matters
