You will handle a varied private family caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Child arrangements & parental responsibility
- Pre-nuptial & post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation agreements
- Domestic abuse injunctions (optional depending on interest)
- Providing sensitive, clear and strategic advice to clients throughout their matter
About You
- 1+ PQE (all levels considered; work will be tailored to you)
- Experience across privately funded family law
- Strong communicator with a client-centred approach
- Able to manage your own files with support available when needed
- Interest in growing the department and building relationships in the community
- Mediation or collaborative-law interest a bonus (training can be supported)
- £45,000 to £65,000
- Hybrid flexibility (2–3 days office, rest remote)
