Key Responsibilities

You will handle a broad and varied caseload of private family matters, including:

• Divorce proceedings and financial settlements


• Private children matters


• Cohabitation agreements and disputes


• TOLATA claims


• Protective injunction applications


• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial arrangements

About You

• Proven experience managing a diverse caseload in family law


• Strong background in divorce, financial remedy, and children matters


• Confident working independently while contributing to a wider team


• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach


• Motivated to play a role in the continued growth of the department
