A well-established and highly regarded South Devon law firm is actively recruiting a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or experienced Family Lawyer to join its expanding family law team. This is a newly prioritised hire offering flexibility, strong progression and long-term partnership potential.

You will join a busy and respected family law department handling a varied privately funded caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Financial remedy and property disputes
- Private children law cases (child arrangements, parental responsibility)
- Client negotiation and settlement work
- Ongoing client relationship management and development
- Family Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or experienced Family Lawyer
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in family law
- Strong experience in private family matters
- Confident, empathetic communicator
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
- Established South Devon firm with strong regional reputation
