A respected and long-standing South Yorkshire firm is looking to appoint a dedicated Family Solicitor to join its Doncaster office. With a solid reputation for client care and community engagement, the firm offers a supportive environment for lawyers seeking to develop their careers in family law.

The Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload of privately and publicly funded matters, including:

• Children Act proceedings


• Divorce and separation


• Domestic abuse and injunctions


• Financial settlements (including property, pensions, maintenance and asset preservation)


• Matters involving business assets and trusts


• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements


• Separation agreements

You’ll work closely with clients during what is often a highly sensitive time, delivering practical, clear and compassionate advice.
