Family Solicitor
Our client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and respected firm with a strong reputation across the Midlands. The successful candidate will work on a high-quality privately funded caseload, advising clients on a broad range of complex family matters while also supporting the development of junior team members.

The Role
- Advising clients on matrimonial finance matters
- Handling TOLATA and trusts of land disputes between unmarried couples
- Advising on child arrangements and maintenance matters
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Attending client meetings, court hearings and external appointments as required
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Time recording, billing and achieving departmental targets
- Supervising and mentoring trainee solicitors and junior team members
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE within private family law
- Strong experience handling privately funded family matters
- Experience advising high net worth clients
- Experience dealing with TOLATA disputes, child arrangements and maintenance matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
