About the Role \- This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference \- supporting families with children aged 0 \- 19, with a focus on early years (under 5s). You’ll empower parents through practical guidance, helping improve outcomes in child development, school readiness, wellbeing, and family life.

What We’re Looking For:
Passionate about supporting children and families
Skilled in building relationships with vulnerable individuals
Confident delivering both 1:1 support and group sessions
Knowledgeable about child development, parenting strategies, and safeguarding
Organised, proactive, and a strong team player

You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful family support by:

• Providing one\-to\-one and group\-based parenting support, including home visits and community sessions


• Delivering evidence\-based parenting programmes and leading engaging drop\-in sessions


• Supporting families with key challenges


• Engaging vulnerable families, including those known to social care, teenage parents, care leavers, and those in high\-need areas
