About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Facility Support Consultant to support day\-to\-day facility operations and workplace services within a dynamic international environment. The consultant will play a key role in maintaining efficient office operations, coordinating relocation activities, and ensuring facilities meet operational and regulatory standards.
This role requires a hands\-on professional with strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Facility Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate physical storage facilities in collaboration with the Facility Management team
- Plan and execute office relocation and workspace movement activities
- Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve office and facility\-related issues
- Transport technical equipment and confidential materials safely between locations
- Support compliance with local workplace and facility regulations
- Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively address maintenance or operational issues
- Assist with office furniture arrangements, meeting room setups, and workspace optimization
- Support additional operational activities as required by the Facility Management team
- Be available for occasional extended hours and weekend work when necessary
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facility support, workplace operations, or similar roles
- Proven experience in furniture repair and restoration
- Certified experience working with car lifts and lifting tables
- Valid driving license
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
