Facility and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a proactive and structured Facility and Compliance Manager to ensure efficient facility operations, project delivery, and compliance with applicable regulations and aviation standards.

Tasks

• Lead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director


• Responsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders


• Oversee expansion and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations, standards,and company requirements. Coordinate activities with Headquarters,supervise local projects,and manage related assets and facility


• Leads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks,allocates resources,and monitors project timelines


• Manages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231\).Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and coordinate reporting to HQ

Requirements

• Education:

High school diploma required. University degree and/or Master’s degree desirable.

Fluent in English and Italian required. Other languages are a plus.

• Technical Skills:

Expert computer proficiency required, including MS Office and AMOS.

• Professional Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector required.

• Stress management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.


• Teamwork: Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.


• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


• Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.


• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Italian citizenship or valid authorization to reside and work in Italy
