  • Ongoing Temporary, potential to become Permanent

  • Monday - Friday 0800-1600

  • £13.90 per hour

  • Position would suit a handyperson, caretaker or facilities member of staff


About the Facilities Team Member job
  • Repair, refurbish and maintain student accommodation facilities

  • Complete basic maintenance and decorating duties throughout buildings


The right Facilities Team Member candidate
  • Previous experience within a handyperson / facilities position

  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools to conduct basic maintenance work

  • Problem-solving, can-do attitude to work within a team
