The Real Estate \& Workplace Solutions (RE\&WS) team helps shape workplace environments where WTW colleagues feel safe, supported, and able to perform at their best. As the Local RE\&WS Facilities Services Manager for Belgium, you will manage day\-to\-day workplace services and coordinate key programs that enhance productivity, manage costs, mitigate risk, and reinforce our employer brand. Your scope covers the entire workplace experience — including office environment and maintenance, reception and meeting support, food services, print and mail operations, office equipment, health \& safety, security, business continuity, and records management.

Qualifications
------------------

The requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, combined with around 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on workplace services and office environments (soft services), ideally within a client\-focused, professional services setting;


• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch, and French, enabling you to connect easily with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams and locations;


• A proactive and positive mindset when it comes to change, with the ability to adapt and translate evolving business needs into practical solutions;


• Flexibility to travel occasionally for office visits, meetings, and team or project initiatives;


• A Prevention Advisor Level 3 certification;


• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to facilities operations in Belgium.
