Park West is Ireland’s largest Business Park, comprising over 278,700 sq. m. (3 million sq.ft) of office, industrial, retail and leisure space, along with a residential quarter comprising 466 apartments.

Now entering a further phase of development, this project will deliver a mixed\-use residential development comprising 750 units, along with public amenities and community facilities. We are now inviting applications for the position of Facilities Manager. Working closely with other members of the property management team, the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a high\-quality service to both corporate and residential occupiers of Park West.

We are currently seeking an energetic and focused Facilities manager to collaborate closely with our tenants, residents and our in\-house maintenance and security team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a service\-focused individual.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking charge of both planned and reactive works in multi\-let buildings and external areas.

  • Implementation of robust security and emergency preparedness procedures.

  • Managing general procurement tasks, including accounts budgeting.

  • Supervising the work quality of employees and a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Conducting and documenting regular facilities inspections.

  • Effectively communicating workplace health and safety, including best practices and compliance, to employees.
FACILITIES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

Customer service orientation

The ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

Problem\-solving

Strong and up\-to\-date IT skills

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems

Technical engineering skills

Excellent communication and people skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors, and team members.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

A diploma or equivalent qualification in facilities management, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in a comparable position, would be beneficial; however, due consideration will be given to experience.

WORK HOURS \& BENEFITS

This is a full\-time position, and all applicants must be eligible to work full\-time in the Republic of Ireland.

Monday to Friday office hours onsite.
