Responsabilities
Operations Management
Support the Country Manager in the implementation of Client real estate projects
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long\-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management team and Client
Oversee the reportings
Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and producers that reduce short and long\-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the Client
Support the Country Manager in the implementation of short and long\-term projects for the client projects
Supervise, report the operating budgets for each property on a timely basis
Manage suppliers payment via the Client interface, work closely with the finance Client team and proactively resolve issues to avoid blockages
Coordinate suppliers services and ensure high level of quality
HSE and work organisation
Ensure suppliers services compliancy
Coordinate the audits and keep the workplaces in a good conditions, compliant and report anomalies
Reports near misses and good catches
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
Minimum of eight years experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
Strong organizational and management skills
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of real estate, furniture, accounting and building systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills \- English is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint
Computer proficiency in CMMS Supervisory responsibilities
Manage both technical and administrative staff
Oversee multiple facilities
