To support growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting a full\-time Multi\-site Facilities Manager to join our team primarily based in Co Cork
Note: This is a multi\-site role covering five sites right throughout Ireland
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00\-17:00
\*\*18\-month Fixed\-term Contract\*\*
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture
- Manage people day\-to\-day with regular feedback and resource planning
- Budgeting, invoicing, and H\&S responsibility for all sites under their management
- Implement strategic goals, KPIs, and objectives
- Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions, and close them on time
- Resolve issues promptly to support operations
- Oversee site procedures, non\-conformances, and corrective actions
- Review work orders and carry out preventative maintenance
- Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with site requirements
- Manage shift patterns, holiday cover, and overtime
- Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement
- Keep clients informed and uphold excellent customer service
- Ad hoc duties as requested by the line manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environment
- Strong financial, systems, and process understanding
- Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
- Excellent pc skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, and project
- Suitable experience in Health and safety, and environmental issues
- Strong communication and customer service focus
- Self\-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
