Role: Fabricator Welder
Location: Worksop, S80 3AT
Hours: 40 hpw, between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday
Salary: Up to £17\.90 ph DOE
Are you a skilled Fabricator / Welder looking for a hands\-on role where quality and teamwork matter? We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.
What you’ll do:
- Produce high‑quality fabricated and welded components to specification
- Work to agreed build times and processes while maintaining excellent workmanship standards
- Follow all Health \& Safety procedures and maintain great housekeeping
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to team discussions
- Stay flexible, work across different areas as needed and continually grow your skillset
What you’ll bring:
- Strong fabrication and welding skills with a relevant vocational qualification
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand welding symbols
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- A proactive, “can‑do” attitude and solid problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work to takt/operation times
- Teamwork, reliability, and willingness to multi‑skill
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
