At Holiday Inn Brussels Airport, we are committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hands\-on F\&B Banquet Supervisor to join our Food \& Beverage team.

Main Responsibilities
-------------------------

• Supervise the daily operations of banquet and meeting events within the hotel


• Ensure high standards of service delivery during conferences, meetings, private events, and banquets


• Coordinate event setups according to guest requirements and hotel standards


• Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team during operations


• Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen, sales, and operational departments


• Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event


• Handle guest requests and resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally


• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with HACCP and safety procedures


• Support stock management and control banquet equipment and materials


• Assist with scheduling and training of banquet team members


• Ensure all function rooms are properly prepared and maintained before, during, and after events

• Previous experience in Food \& Beverage operations, preferably in banqueting or events


• Experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment is an asset


• Strong leadership and organizational skills


• Guest\-oriented with excellent communication skills


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment


• Flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends


• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude


• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures


• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong advantages
