Featuring 70 design\-lead rooms, an iconic Malmaison Bar \& Grill and spectacular SORA rooftop Sky Bar \& Asian\-Fusion Restaurant, our newest property promises to deliver the style and fun you've come to expect from Mal plus some exciting new developments!

We are now recruiting for F\&B Team Members! This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key\-part of the team, playing a part in building your department and shaping it’s success. You will benefit from a bespoke, tailored training and development plan which starts prior to opening and continues after we’ve welcomed our first guests. You will be able to build on this experience, allowing you to take the next step on your career journey with one of the most dynamic and vibrant names in the business.

Sora Sky Bar is a stunning one of a kind bar and restaurant offering the best Asian Fusion tapa \& Cocktail Experience and is located on the 7th floor of the Malmaison Hotel.

You as Server will be a hands on operator who using your knowledge and experience will motivate, educate and inspire.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days \- this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
