Job Description Your contribution to something big:

• Support the development and maintenance of digital content for learning and knowledge\-sharing initiatives;


• Ensure the structured and consistent organization and maintenance of documents, databases, and relevant information;


• Assist in project coordination by monitoring tasks, deadlines, and progress;


• Provide support in the use of digital collaboration, communication, and project management tools;


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes while also providing administrative support to the team’s activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;


• Interest in Learning \& Development, organizational learning, and knowledge management topics;


• Familiarity with digital and Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation;


• Strong written and verbal communication skills;


• Well\-organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;


• Proactive, collaborative, and team\-oriented, with strong problem\-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
