Communications Manager (External Comms)

Location: Addlestone, hybrid working so must be commutable.

Contract Length: 6 months with scope to extend

Daily Rate: £300 - £388 rate depending on experience and payment model (PAYE or Umbrella)

What You'll Do:

As our Communications Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement external communication strategies that foster engagement and collaboration.


• Create compelling content that resonates with our employees, from newsletters to intranet updates.


• Champion our brand identity, ensuring that our messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels.


• Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and share key updates, celebrating achievements along the way.


• Organise and facilitate internal events that promote a positive workplace culture.


• Monitor and evaluate communication initiatives, refining strategies based on feedback and analytics.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience in external communications and branding, in a pharma setting being essential.


• Experience in internal communications, in a corporate or pharma setting.


• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.


• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
