Export Logistics Co-ordinator

Up to £35,000

Northwest London ( Hybrid )

What will you do as an Export Logistics Coordinator ?
  • Co-ordinate shipment of goods from Asia to key customer accounts

  • Processing PODs, identifying, and resolving errors / delays

  • Booking customer shipments with 3rd party companies & preparing export documentation

  • Raising contracts and liaising with contract manufacturers and international suppliers

  • Ensuring order accuracy and coordinating movement of stock to be in the right place at the right time

What do you need as an Export Logistics Coordinator?
  • FMCG / Consumer goods experience within an SME brand

  • Worked with shipping companies and 3PL warehouses

  • Experience of moving goods via different Incoterms

  • Ideally have experience preparing export documents

  • Intermediate Excel skills ( V lookups )
