Established in 2012, we've built a strong reputation for sourcing shellfish ethically and sustainably, and our business continues to grow. We're looking for an experienced Export Administrator to join our close\-knit team at our base in Central Lanarkshire.

The Role

This is a hands\-on operational role at the heart of our export function. You'll work alongside our team to keep international shipments moving accurately and on time — managing documentation, coordinating with logistics partners and ensuring full compliance at every step.

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing and managing export documentation from start to finish


• Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, hauliers and overseas contacts


• Liaising with customs authorities, APHA and Scottish seafood and trade bodies


• Maintaining accurate export records and supporting compliance requirements


• Providing reliable admin support across the wider export and operations team


• Acting as a point of contact for export queries, internal and external

Proven experience in an export administration role is essential — ideally within the food sector. Our export function operates in a fast\-paced, compliance\-heavy environment and we need someone who can hit the ground running.

• Solid hands\-on export admin experience — food sector background strongly preferred


• Strong working knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures


• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure


• Confident communicator, written and verbal


• Comfortable with Digital Technology


• Proactive and team\-oriented

• £30,000 starting salary, depending on experience
