<p data-start="0" data-end="369">As a <strong>Model Trains Expert</strong>, your mission is to bring your specialist model trains expertise to the curation of high-quality, compelling auctions that attract engaged collectors and trusted sellers. Your knowledge of brands, rarity, condition, valuation, and collector expectations is central to ensuring each lot is relevant, accurately assessed, and commercially strong.</p>
<p data-start="371" data-end="580" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">By combining deep category expertise with sound commercial judgement, you play a key role in growing the Model Trains category, maintaining transparency, and strengthening trust within the collector community.</p>
<h3 data-start="457" data-end="471">What You’ll Do</h3>

<li data-start="475" data-end="598">Evaluate and arrange model train lots submitted by users, ensuring each auction features attractive and relevant listings</li>
<li data-start="601" data-end="688">Create compelling weekly lot selections using your expertise and professional network</li>
<li data-start="691" data-end="788">Review titles, descriptions, and images to assess quality and provide accurate estimated values</li>
<li data-start="791" data-end="873">Safeguard transparent and fair transactions through consistent expert evaluation</li>
<li data-start="876" data-end="975">Communicate rejections professionally and diplomatically, maintaining strong seller relationships</li>
<li data-start="978" data-end="1069">Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify the range and quality of lots</li>
<li data-start="1072" data-end="1159">Partner with Marketing to increase bidder engagement and visibility for your auctions</li>

<li data-start="1439" data-end="1501">A network of potential sellers and experts within your field</li>
