Opa Bath is a busy, high\-energy Mediterranean restaurant, part of the Miaris Group — an expanding hospitality business behind multiple successful brands including Taka Taka.
We focus on delivering great food, fast\-paced service, and a vibrant guest experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced front\-of\-house professionals to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for confident, experienced waiters/waitresses who can deliver excellent service in a fast\-paced environment while maximising guest experience and revenue.
This is not an entry\-level role — we need individuals who understand service standards, pace, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional table service
- Create a positive and engaging guest experience
- Take accurate orders and manage tables effectively
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items and contribute to overall sales performance
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the floor
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
- A proactive, team\-oriented attitude
- Confidence in upselling and interacting with guests
