Duties
- Assist veterinarians during consultations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures with precision and confidence
- Monitor and care for hospitalized animals, ensuring their comfort and well\-being throughout their stay
- Perform laboratory tests, prepare samples, and interpret results to aid in accurate diagnoses
- Educate pet owners on post\-treatment care, medication administration, and preventive health strategies
- Maintain meticulous medical records, update patient files, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
- Support the clinic’s daily operations by managing inventory, sterilizing equipment, and preparing surgical suites
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaborative problem\-solving
- Proven veterinary experience with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and animal care standards
- Laboratory experience including sample collection, processing, and analysis to support diagnostic efforts
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and compassion
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for veterinary nursing or technician roles
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£36,000\.00 per year
