SMITHS HONDA a leading motorcycle dealership in cheshire , is seeking passionate and driven Motorcycle Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Selling The market leading brand HONDA new and all used brands

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every rider finds their perfect match on two wheels.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the motorcycle industry.


• A genuine passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of different makes and models.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from all walks of life.


• A confident and persuasive approach to sales, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.


• Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits effectively.


• A proactive and results\-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving sales targets.


• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.


• Proficient in mathematics.


• A valid motorcycle license is a must.


• To be comfortable using a computer and its systems/programmes.

Pay and benefits:

• Basic Salary £22,000, \+ Commission


• OTE £40,000 plus;
