You're an experienced sales professional who enjoys the challenge of working independently, identifying new business opportunities, and creating meaningful customer experiences. You excel at building relationships and have a commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in\-home surveys and provide tailored quotations for residential, commercial, and contract clients.


• Demonstrate deep product knowledge to showcase the value of our offerings.


• Manage the customer journey from initial contact through follow\-up, using negotiation skills to close sales.


• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, helping maintain our market\-leading position.


• Stay informed on market trends and product innovations, offering valuable feedback to management.

What We Require

• 5\+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the trade industry, with a strong record of achieving targets.


• Excellent selling, negotiation, computer, and communication skills.


• A proactive approach to time management, prioritization, and organization.


• Full, clean driving license and flexibility to work variable hours based on client needs.


• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.


• Fluent English is essential.
