About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple bathroom renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring every installation is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their renovation journey, coordinating installers, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure every project runs smoothly and every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple bathroom renovation projects from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate installation schedules and manage tradespeople.
- Liaise with customers throughout each project, providing regular updates and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Reading Job Scopes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines.
- Organise materials and deliveries to keep projects running efficiently.
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively to minimise delays.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Work closely with our sales, design, and installation teams.
- Previous Project Management experience, ideally within construction, home renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, or fit\-out projects.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors and trades.
- A proactive, solutions\-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Full clean driving licence.
