Experienced New Homes Sales Advisor

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, showcasing our new home developments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients find their dream homes while contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers and provide detailed information about new home offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.


• Conduct property tours and showcase homes to prospective clients, highlighting key selling points.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised experience throughout the buying process.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract potential buyers.


• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and community developments to effectively advise clients.


• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.


• Complete progression with the sales from Reservation through to completion.

• Proven experience with a developer or in sales or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property sector.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients effectively.


• A proactive approach to problem\-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Must be IT literate with Microsoft Office.


• Must hold a valid driving licence .

Pay: £25,500\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
