Experienced Fire Alarm Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Engineer who shares the same values and work ethic to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, testing and maintenance on new and existing Fire Alarm Systems


• Identify and report faults, deterioration and deficiencies, undertaking remedial work as required.


• Trusted to ensure compliance to British Standards.


• Ensure all work is compliant, accurate and completed to the highest safety standards.


• Liaise with clients, providing and maintaining customer satisfaction.


• Travel regularly to client sites, which may include time away from home.


• Maintain company tools, test equipment and vehicles to a professional standard.


• Maintain accurate documentation, job sheets, logbooks and certification.

• Experience in servicing, fault finding and small works on a variety of Fire Alarms


• Knowledge of Conventional and Addressable Fire Alarm Systems.


• Familiarity with major brand of panels such as Advanced, Kentec, CTEC, Ziton, Eaton, EMS and Haes.

• Proven experience with Fire Alarms and preferably Emergency Lighting and Fire Extinguishers


• Be able to adapt to an interchangeable work schedule


• Be physically mobile and active (able to climb ladders and carry tools)


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues

Pay: £32,500\.00\-£42,500\.00 per year
