Both venues are among Amsterdam’s leading high\-end dining destinations, and we’re looking for a skilled Waiteress\-Waiter to join our front\-of\-house team.
About the Role
As a Waiteress\-Waiter, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable dining journey for our guests.
Your expertise in wine service, menu knowledge, and guest engagement will be essential in guiding guests through our selection and enhancing every moment at the table.
Strong wine knowledge and the ability to guide guests through pairing options are essential aspects of this role.
You are someone who leads by example — setting the tone for the floor, motivating the team, and ensuring that each service runs with precision and style.
Your Expertise
To thrive with us, you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fine\-dining or high\-end casual restaurants
- Solid wine expertise – from varietals and vintages to regional pairings and storytelling
- Ability to recommend, describe, and serve wines with confidence and passion
- Strong upselling skills – capable of increasing revenue naturally through genuine guest connection
- Experience in decanting, wine service techniques, and cellar management (WSET or sommelier certification is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Leadership mindset – supportive, motivating, and always leading by example
- A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
- Fluency in English (Dutch and/or Italian is a strong plus)
- Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands
- Weekend and lunch shift availability
