We are a high\-end private dental clinic seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a premium, welcoming experience while managing day\-to\-day reception and admin duties.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet patients and manage check\-ins/appointments

  • Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries

  • Support the Treatment Coordinator and Practice Manager

  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

  • Keep reception calm, professional, and organised

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous dental reception experience is essential (private preferred)

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills

  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate towards patients

  • IT literate (dental software knowledge a plus)

Pay: £15\.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
