The ideal candidate will be someone with combines exceptional chairside expertise especially in the field of Implant dentistry and/or Sedation, excellent communication and a patient-first mindset.</strong></p>

<p><strong>What Your Day Will Look Like</strong></p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide high-quality chairside assistance to a variety of experienced clinicians</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day nursing duties to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows.</li>
<li>Maintain exemplary infection control standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver a seamless patient journey.</li>
<li>Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and service excellence.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How You Can Thrive at Zental</strong></p>

<p><strong>Essential</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>GDC registered Dental Nurse with more than 5 years experience</li>
<li>Extensive experience in a private or mixed dental practice.</li>
<li>Experienced in Implant dentistry</li>
<li>Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and infection control.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proactive, patient-focused mindset with a calm, confident presence.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>IV Sedation nursing qualification or experience.</li>
<li>Experience supporting performance, training, and team development.</li>
<li>> 10 years experienced</li>
<li>Experience as a lead or head nurse</li>
