If you are an experienced Support Worker, with a background in Children’s Residential Services, particularly Emotional Behaviour Difficulties and thrive off making a difference to the lives of children and young people, then this role might be for you.
The Role: All homes are decorated to a very high standard allowing the children to express their characters feel safe and enriched lives. You will work collectively with multi\-disciplinary team to teach independence, provide structure, support positive behaviour and ultimately make a difference to the lives of young people, whilst ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of the children is paramount. You will be working for a start up growing company who will actively promote your personal and career development.

Experience working as a Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Residential setting
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle
- Aged 22 or over
Pay: £13\.50 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ossett WF5 9NY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Childcare: 2 years (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
