Experienced Complex Care Support Worker Required – Enfield, North London
We are looking for up to three experienced, compassionate, and reliable care professionals to support a 53\-year\-old, loving mother of two, living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in her own home.
This is a family\-led care arrangement where dignity, respect, faith and excellent communication are all essential.
Clinical care requirements include:
- 24/7 ventilation via a tracheostomy (using a NIPPY ventilator)
- PEG feeding
- Tracheostomy care and monitoring
- Experience supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions (MND or similar)
She communicates using a visual communication chart and an eye\-gaze device.
Therefore ideal candidates must be effective communicators, patient, attentive and eager to learn and adapt to her communication methods.
Hours \& availability:
- Thursday–Sunday
- 8:00am–8:00pm
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have proven experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, suctioning and PEG feeding.
- Are calm, compassionate, and highly attentive.
- Are confident and effective in non\-verbal communication.
- Are reliable and committed.
- Represent a strong Christian faith, as this is an important part of her daily life.
- Live locally to Enfield or can travel reliably.
- This is NOT a cash\-in\-hand position
