We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Car Sales Executive to help continue our growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience across new and used vehicle sales. In this particular case only experienced car sales professionals will be considered for the role.
About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Volkswagen range and industry trends
- Manage finance, trade\-ins, and vehicle handovers professionally
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Volkswagen brand
- Minimum 3 years’ motor sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and customer\-first attitude
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience with CRM systems and digital lead management preferred
