We serve high\-quality specialty coffee alongside a delicious selection of freshly made food, from sandwiches and salads to homemade pastries and light bites. We're looking for a skilled and passionate Café Manager to help lead our team and maintain the high standards that our customers love.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of 115 Café. As the Café Manager, you'll lead a team ensuring smooth and efficient café operations, and delivering both exceptional coffee and a diverse food offering. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, quality control, and operational efficiency, all while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Skills \& Experience Required:

• Proven Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting, including experience with both food and beverage services.
Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Customer Service Excellence:

Strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships.
Ability to handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and grace.

• Coffee \& Food Expertise:

Knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and food preparation, including handling kitchen equipment.
Ability to train staff in both coffee preparation and basic food service to ensure quality and consistency.

• Multitasking \& Problem\-Solving:

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a busy, fast\-paced environment.
Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in challenging situations.

Desirable Attributes:

• A passion for both coffee and food, with a creative approach to menu development.


• Experience in implementing sustainable practices in food sourcing and waste reduction.
