Experienced Administrator for an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our small team and support our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. This role would suit somebody with financial services experience.
This is a full time role within a friendly office environment. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and understand the importance of attention to detail. Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) would be an advantage.
Duties will include but will not be limited to;
· Being the first point of contact for our clients (in person and by phone/ email)
· Reconciling fee expectations with payments, producing reports and highlighting any discrepancies
· Checking/ submitting/processing and monitoring new business applications for Investments, Pensions, Mortgages and Protection
· Preparation of client valuations
· Obtaining quotations
· Checking Suitability Reports
· Issuing Letters of Authority
· Preparing and maintaining client files both using our back office system (Intelligent Office) and paper based files
Working hours are 9\.00 – 5\.30 Monday to Thursday and 9\.00 – 5\.00 on Friday.
