HeyDay is looking for vibrant, polished, and experienced individuals to fill our VIP Hospitality \& Brand Ambassador roles for an exciting lineup of summer events in Dublin. This is a multi\-faceted role designed for hospitality professionals who can seamlessly transition between welcoming guests as a Host, representing premium brands as an Ambassador and delivering top\-tier service as Senior Wait Staff.

Event Description
Starting immediately, we have a diverse calendar of summer events lined up, including high\-profile brand activations, exclusive product launches, corporate galas, and private VIP functions. This role is perfect for adaptable individuals who enjoy dynamic environments, love interacting with people, and want to work with premium brands at Dublin’s top venues.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the specific event, your duties will include:
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of various high\-profile brands, engaging with guests, sharing product knowledge and delivering a memorable brand experience.
- Hosting \& Guest Relations: Welcoming VIP guests, managing guest lists/check\-ins, directing attendees and providing an exceptional first impression.
- Senior Service Delivery: Serving food, canapés, and premium beverages with a high level of skill and attention to detail during exclusive functions.
- Team Support: Assisting the event managers and supervisors by leading by example on the floor and helping less experienced staff when needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Strong background in premium hospitality, premium promotional/brand ambassador work, or high\-end hosting.
- Personality: Extremely outgoing, confident, and charismatic with a natural ability to engage with diverse crowds.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain poised under pressure.
- Presentation: Excellent grooming and a highly professional, polished demeanor.
- Language: Full proficiency in the English language.
- Legal: Legally authorized to work in Ireland.
